A Bit About Debbie
A 34-year veteran of the real estate industry on the Westside, Debbie Bremner has repeatedly been recognized and honored for her outstanding sales. As a Coldwell Banker Previews Properties Specialist, she has been a top producer not only within Coldwell Banker’s flagship Brentwood West office but also within the entire real estate industry.
Debbie is continually adding to her list of achievements. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and has taken extensive negotiation classes. She is her office’s Technology Representative, and is presently sharing her technology training experience within Coldwell Banker. Debbie has also recently been designated as a Home Retention Specialist, working with the top 8 major lenders to assist homeowners in avoiding foreclosure through loan modifications and short sales. In addition, Debbie is trained in, and holds the designation of, both SFR Agent (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and CSP Agent (Certified Short Sale Professional), two of the most respected designations in the short sale and foreclosure field.
Debbie’s focus is not only on the end result, but also on the details that assure each transaction will exceed her clients’ expectations. Her business, which consists largely of repeat and referral customers, is based on service. Her tremendous commitment and understanding of family housing needs have placed her consistently on top. “Buying property is one of the most personal decisions a person can make. I like to understand my clients; to know about their goals and aspirations. I want to know what’s behind their decision to buy or sell. Then I help them find a home that really works for them, and for their lifestyle. To me, real estate isn’t about selling. It’s about developing a partnership with my client’s future.”
Debbie has listed and sold over $1,000,000,000 of real estate from the beaches of Malibu to the lofts of Downtown LA – and everywhere in between. She specializes in listing estate properties but is an expert on the whole Westside and participates in sales from starter homes and condominiums to multi-million dollar mansions on a daily basis. “One of my greatest pleasures is working with first time homebuyers, says Debbie. “They often are not the largest transactions, but they are certainly the most rewarding.”
In addition to her impressive sales, Debbie is equally committed to providing service to her community. She lives, works and has raised her three children in Brentwood. Because she has educated her children here, she is intimately familiar with the school systems, both public and private. Debbie was born and raised on the Westside of Los Angeles, and brings with her a thorough knowledge of the city and community amenities, city services, and transportation systems. Debbie’s background in fine arts and advertising assist her in the creative marketing of her listed properties today. Deborah’s area of specialty is the Los Angeles Westside, with neighborhoods including Brentwood, Little Holmby, Bel Air, Westwood, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, and Cheviot Hills. Micro-areas of specialty are Little Holmby in Westwood, where Deborah has been the top listing and selling agent for over 20 years, and the Brentwood Canyons north of Sunset Boulevard, including Mandeville, Kenter, Tigertail, Bundy, and Barrington, where Deborah resides.
